Meet Delana
Real estate, the way it should feel
Delana came to real estate the long way around — and it made her better at it. She started in new home sales, then spent fifteen years leading projects in corporate finance and business development, earning a bachelor's degree in Finance and a master's in Business along the way. In 2022 she returned to the work she'd never stopped loving: helping people find their way home.
Since then she has closed more than $20 million in sales across Northern Virginia — for first-time buyers, growing families, sellers, and investors — with a reputation built on integrity, sharp negotiation, and the kind of attention to detail that protects her clients from first tour to final signature.
Delana Winslow Homes is deliberately boutique: every client works with Delana herself. And when she's not walking clients through homes across Gainesville, Haymarket, and the towns between, you'll find her on a trail with her Australian Shepherd — usually scouting the next neighborhood worth falling for.
